How to Build a DTF Gang Sheet
A gang sheet lets you place multiple designs on one DTF transfer sheet so you can save money and print more efficiently.
Step 1: Choose Your Sheet Size
Our DTF gang sheets are 22 inches wide and available in multiple lengths, from 12 inches long up to 156 inches long.
Step 2: Size Your Designs
- Full front prints are commonly around 10 to 12 inches wide.
- Left chest prints are commonly around 3.5 to 4 inches wide.
- Sleeve logos are commonly around 2.5 to 3.5 inches wide.
- Back prints are commonly around 11 to 13 inches wide.
Step 3: Arrange Your Designs
- Keep your artwork inside the 22 inch width.
- Leave space between each design for cutting.
- Group similar print sizes together when possible.
- Do not overlap artwork.
Step 4: Upload and Order
Upload your print-ready gang sheet, select the correct size, and complete checkout. We will print your transfers in-house and prepare them for pickup or shipping.
Start Building Your Gang Sheet
Using the Gang Sheet Builder
The screenshots below show the builder controls. Screen values are examples, not recommended artwork sizes or spacing.
- Choose Add Image, open Recent, then choose Upload Image(s).
- Select your artwork and set its Width and Height. Keep Lock Aspect Ratio on when you want to preserve the original proportions.
- Set Image Quantity and review margins. Use Auto Fill Sheet or Duplicate Image as needed, then inspect the layout for overlap and cutting space.

Check Your File at Its Final Print Size
Review the dimensions and DPI indicator at the size you intend to print. An example DPI reading is not a print-quality guarantee. Inspect fine detail and edges, keep the correct proportions, and use clean transparency when you do not want a background printed.

Optional Upload Tools: Background Removal and Upscaling
If Remove BG or Upscale appears for your uploaded artwork in Upload by Size, enable the tool before final sizing, wait for its preview, inspect the result, then set and recheck Width and Height. Both tools can crop the visible artwork and change its proportions. These are vendor-documented options; their availability in this store has not been verified.
- Remove BG: inspect transparency, soft edges and fine detail after processing.
- Upscale: inspect the enlarged preview and resolution. Upscaling adds pixels; it cannot restore missing original detail. Prefer a higher-resolution original when available.
- These tools may not appear for Gallery artwork, vector files, images over 8192 pixels on either side, or when disabled by the shop.
